How can I sign in?

Your RESM® App can only be accessed by logging in via your business email domain. You will not be able to sign in via your personal email account or another unauthorized domain. Depending on your company’s security policies, you may be able to login via your company Google or Microsoft account. 

How many people can I invite to download my app?

Depending on your app subscription plan, you may have a designated number of seats available for your app. While there is no limit to the number of team members you can add, you will have to purchase seats ahead of time in order to add other team members to the app. Note, you can online invite users from the same organization to the app. Each seat will have a limited number of devices it can connect to. Additional users such as business partners will require manual co-branding approval. You are not permitted to share your app with any outside vendors. 

Web Version VS Mobile App Version

While not necessary for purchase, we strongly encourage teams to select the Mobile App plan in order to get the best adoption rate from their agents. Our Web App is optimized for Google Chrome, but still works wonders on all major browsers such as Safari, Microsoft Edge, & Firefox. Our Mobile App has several advantages such as natvie app notifications, publication on the App Store & Google Play, and the ability to function without needing internet connection.

Can we add our previous marketing content onto the app?

During the app development process, we can transfer any previous social media content to your app as an add-on service. Should you require regular content batch uploads, your App carrier may offer this as a packaged plan in their Social Media Marketing services. 

Can I login to the “backend” of my app?

The RESM® App is intended to be a simple but mighty application for businesses. The current version of the app does not support an administrative backend, but you can restrict certain views in the app to only be visible to select users. Should you require a more customized approach, please consult with one of our development experts. 

We need to onboard multiple teams on my app. Do you have any resources?

We understand every company has unique needs. We provide live onboarding support + pre-recorded video resources for streamlined onboarding. Depending on the size of your company, our App carriers may also provide onsite onboarding services. 

Is the app available for companies outside of the real estate industry?

At this moment in time, our developers are only focused on the real estate industry. Our app may also be a great match for mortgage lenders or title & escrow companies looking to add extra value to their real estate partners.
